Ministry Focus: Ken and Charlotte work with 25 area Village Missions churches to encourage, coach, & train. As the District Representatives for the Coastal Northwest District, their area covers the west side of Washington State and Oregon (from Bellingham to Salem OR ). Their work with the missionary/pastor’s is designed to keep them energized and effective in the community they serve.
Missionary Goal: Working together with the church leadership, the Schmidt's are a liaison, helping to connect area churches in meaningful ways and help train board members in church leadership (if/when needed). All of these efforts are designed with one goal in mind – that the local church can be strong and vital, and have an effective presence in presenting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in their community.
