Worship Team

“Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth; Break forth and sing for joy and sing praises. Sing praises to the Lord with the lyre; with the lyre and the sound of melody, with trumpets and the sound of the horn; Shout joyfully before the King, the Lord.” Psalm 98:4-6

Throughout the Bible we read how music is an integral and important part of worship. A rotating group of volunteer instrumentalists, vocalists, and technicians, the Worship Team desires to lead others in worship of our Almighty God through music. Participation is subject to an application, audition and invitation process, and has specific commitment and rehearsal requirements. If you feel God is leading you to serve Him in this ministry and if you have special gifts or talents in the areas of singing, playing an instrument, or production technology (sound, lights, video, projection) please contact Josie Colby, Director of Music and Worship at the church office or e-mail josiecolby@camanochapel.org

Instrumentalists

Vocalists

Special Event Choirs
Often we assemble choirs for special occasions such as Christmas and Easter. Watch for announcements in the weekly bulletin or on this web page.

Techs
Sound, video, lights, projection; we constantly need committed volunteers in these “behind the scenes” areas during rehearsals, Sunday services, and at special events. Contact Kathy Johnson at the church office if you are interested. Check out the Tech Ministry page for more details.

Servants
Greeters, ushers (seating, offeratory, and Communion), coffee servers, and lockup crew are great places to serve and meet others with like-minded hearts.
